The KEO 907-000-059 is a combination drill and countersink designed for simultaneous center drilling and countersinking in a single operation. Machined from high-speed steel with a bright, uncoated finish, this tool features a 1/8 inch body diameter, a 3/64 inch drill point diameter, and a 6 inch overall length that qualifies it as a long-length tool. It cuts in the right-hand direction with a plain cutting edge and is suited for metalworking applications where precise center location and countersink geometry are required before threading, reaming, or fastener seating.
This combo drill countersink is used in metal fabrication shops, machine shops, and general manufacturing environments. Its 82-degree included angle and 118-degree drill point angle make it appropriate for standard countersinking of fastener holes in steel, aluminum, and similar materials. The double end type extends tool life by providing two usable cutting ends. Licensed machinists and tooling technicians are the typical users for this style of combination tool.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct addition for standard combination drill and countersink applications requiring a Trade Size 1 tool with a 1/8 inch body diameter and 82-degree included angle.
This tool is installed in standard drill chucks or collet holders compatible with a 1/8 inch shank diameter. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is powered down before changing or inspecting the tool. Secure workpieces firmly to prevent movement during center drilling. Follow applicable shop safety standards and manufacturer feed-and-speed recommendations for the workpiece material.
