Manufactured from carbide with an AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) coating and Manufacturer Grade KCU10B, this insert delivers thermal resistance and edge durability across a range of turning applications. The diamond-shaped insert geometry (80-degree included angle) offers a strong cutting edge, while the 0.40 mm (0.0157 inch) corner radius supports fine finishing and semi-finishing passes.
