The KENNAMETAL 7026447 is a TNMG431MN carbide turning insert in the KCP25C grade, designed for general turning, facing, and boring operations. It features a multilayer CVD coating of TiCN and Al2O3 that provides wear resistance and thermal protection at the cutting zone. The triangle insert shape (60-degree included angle) delivers six usable cutting edges per insert, extending tool life per unit. With an inscribed circle of 0.5 inches and a corner radius of 0.0156 inches, this insert is suited to moderate stock removal and finishing passes on steel and cast iron.
