The KENNAMETAL 6953266 is a square end mill head designed for high-performance milling operations in demanding machining environments. Built from solid carbide and coated with AlTiN, this head delivers extended tool life and thermal resistance during dry or near-dry cutting. The 3/8-inch (0.3750-inch) mill diameter and 9/16-inch (0.5625-inch) length of cut make it well suited for slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It connects via Duo-Lock 10, the Kennametal quick-change coupling system designed for rigid, repeatable head-to-shank attachment. The variable helix design (36 to 39 degrees) and variable index reduce chatter and improve surface finish. Installed by machining professionals in CNC milling applications.

This end mill head is intended for single-end use in CNC machining centers where the Duo-Lock 10 modular system is in use.
