The KENNAMETAL 6676381 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding materials. With a 5/16 inch cutting diameter, a 0.06 inch corner radius, and four right-hand spiral flutes, it produces accurate corner geometry while extending tool life in abrasive and hard workpiece materials. The AlTiN PVD coating provides thermal resistance and hardness at elevated cutting temperatures. This single-end, centercutting tool is sized for use in CNC machining centers, vertical mills, and toolroom applications where precision contouring and shoulder milling are required.

This end mill is suited for milling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials in both roughing and finishing operations. The H1TE series geometry and submicron carbide grade make it effective for aerospace, die and mold, and general precision machining environments. Installation Notes

Installation is performed by machinists and CNC tooling technicians. Power down and lock out the machine spindle before changing tooling. Seat the shank fully into the collet or toolholder and torque the retention nut to the toolholder manufacturer specification. Verify runout with a dial indicator before cutting, as excessive runout will reduce tool life and surface finish quality on corner radius tools.
