The KENNAMETAL 6525753 is a solid carbide milling insert in the LNGQ series, grade KCPK30, designed for indexable milling operations on a wide range of metallic workpiece materials. The insert features a CVD-applied multilayer coating of TiN, TiCN, and Al2O3, which provides thermal resistance and wear protection during interrupted and continuous cuts. With a rectangular shape, a 90-degree included angle, and a positive rake geometry, this insert promotes free cutting action and reduced cutting forces. It carries 4 usable cutting edges on a single-sided body, making it an efficient consumable for production milling environments. The ANSI and ISO code is LNGQ120608ERGEKT4, and the insert is compatible with the Mill 4-12 cutter series.
This insert is suited for milling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, and titanium, covering material codes P, M, K, and S.
