The KENNAMETAL 6388611 is a replaceable drill tip engineered for use with KENNAMETAL KTFS-series modular drilling systems. Manufactured from solid carbide with a PVD-applied AlTiN coating, this tip delivers consistent cutting performance in demanding machining applications. It features a 143-degree included point angle and HPG insert geometry, which supports aggressive chip formation and stable entry in a wide range of workpiece materials. The cutting diameter measures 0.3346 inches (8.50 mm), and the tip fits an Insert Seat Size G body. Installation and replacement are performed by machinists and toolroom personnel on CNC and manual drilling equipment.

This replaceable tip is suited for production drilling in ferrous and non-ferrous metals where modular tooling systems are preferred over solid-shank drills.
