The KENNAMETAL 6165423 is a solid carbide milling insert in the LNGU series, grade KCSM40, designed for high-performance milling of steel, stainless steel, superalloys, and titanium. The insert measures 17.00 mm in length, 10.00 mm in width, and 7.00 mm in thickness, with a 3/64-inch corner radius and a positive rake geometry. With four cutting edges and a honed cutting edge style, this insert delivers consistent tool life in demanding milling applications. It is held in place by a screw-type clamping method.
