The KENNAMETAL 6146882 is a solid carbide corner chamfer end mill designed for high-performance material removal in both roughing and finishing operations. The cutter measures 10 mm in diameter with an 11 mm length of cut and a 0.2 mm chamfer width at a 45-degree chamfer angle. A TiAlN physical vapor deposition (PVD) coating provides thermal resistance and extended tool life when cutting ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The 30-degree medium helix promotes efficient chip evacuation and stable cutting forces. This is a centercutting, single-end tool with a straight-cylindrical shank and right-hand flute direction.

Installation Notes
