The KENNAMETAL 6130740 is a solid carbide corner chamfer end mill designed for precision metal removal in demanding machining applications. Built in the UADE series, this single-end tool features a 4.00 mm mill diameter, a 4-flute helical configuration with a 38-degree medium helix, and a 0.40 mm chamfer width at a 45-degree chamfer angle. The AlTiN PVD coating provides thermal resistance and extended tool life when cutting ferrous and hard materials. Centercutting geometry allows the tool to plunge directly into the workpiece. It is sized for CNC machining centers and multi-axis mills where tight tolerances and clean chamfered edges are required.

This end mill is suited for use on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials. Rated for roughing and finishing operations, it supports shouldering, slotting, ramp-down entry, helical interpolation, drill mill use, and plunging and recessing.
