The KENNAMETAL 6113083 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill engineered for high-performance finishing operations in demanding materials. Part of the UJDE series, this single-end, center-cutting tool features a 0.5 inch mill diameter, 1 inch length of cut, and a 0.12 inch corner radius that reduces stress concentrations at part edges. The 6-flute, close-pitch geometry with a high helix spiral flute is designed to maximize material removal rates and surface finish quality in hardened steels and difficult alloys. The AlTiN PVD coating provides elevated heat resistance and extended tool life at high cutting speeds.

This end mill is intended for finishing applications in steel, stainless steel, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials.
