The KENNAMETAL 6019506 is a solid carbide milling insert in the LNPU series, designed for high-performance metal removal on CNC milling operations. Manufactured to ANSI code LNPU544SRGE and ISO code LNPU15T616SRGE, this insert features a dual PVD coating of TiAlN and AlCrN for elevated heat resistance and extended tool life. The rectangular insert measures 17.00 mm in length, 10.00 mm in width, and 7.00 mm in thickness, with a 1/16 inch corner radius and a chamfered and honed cutting edge style. It carries four cutting edges and is designed for right-hand operation with a positive rake angle. Licensed machinists and CNC operators working in production environments are the primary installers.

This insert is engineered for machining steel, stainless steel, superalloys, and titanium, aligning with primary workpiece material codes P, M, and S. It is compatible with the Mill 4-15 cutter series and uses screw holding for secure, repeatable seating. Installation Notes
