The KENNAMETAL 5626734 is a solid carbide replaceable tip drill insert designed for use in the KSEM Plus modular drilling system. Carrying the KCPM45 manufacturer grade with a fine-grain carbide substrate, this tip features a TiAlN PVD coating and an HPG insert geometry. It cuts at a diameter of 1-3/32 inches (27.78mm) and presents a 140-degree drill point angle for strong, centered entry into the workpiece. The tip measures 16mm in height and is held in place by a clamp mechanism within a compatible KSEM body. Coolant-through capability, including MQL (Minimum Quantity Lubricant) support, makes this tip suitable for high-efficiency drilling cycles.

This replaceable tip is intended for drilling operations in steel and stainless steel (ISO material codes P and M). Supported applications include standard through-drilling, inclined exit drilling, and stacked-plate drilling.
