The drill uses the KSEM2650HPGM tip, manufactured in KCPM45 fine grain solid carbide with a PVD-applied TiAlN coating. The cutting diameter measures 26.5mm (1.0433 inches), and the drill point carries a 140-degree included angle with a standard point type. A helical two-flute configuration with two margins provides stable chip evacuation and tool guidance. The HPG insert geometry optimizes cutting forces across a range of hole-making conditions.
