The KENNAMETAL 5548042 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying the KCPK30 manufacturer grade with a multilayer CVD coating of TiN, TiCN, and Al2O3. It follows the LNPU insert style in a rectangular shape with four cutting edges, making it well suited for indexable milling applications where tool life and edge consistency matter. The insert measures 0.6650 inches in length, 0.3937 inches wide, and 0.2740 inches thick, with a 1/32-inch corner radius (0.0311 decimal inch).
