The KENNAMETAL 5134141 is a solid carbide milling insert in the KGIP series, grade KCU45, designed for high-performance metal removal in demanding cutting applications. It features a Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) AlTiN coating that improves wear resistance and thermal stability at the cutting edge. The insert measures 0.125 inches wide and 0.111 inches thick, with an inscribed circle of 0.5 inches. It carries a positive rake angle of 4 degrees, a relief angle of 3 degrees, and a honed cutting edge style. Installation Notes

Installation is performed by a qualified machinist or CNC tooling technician.
