The insert measures 0.125 inches wide and 0.111 inches thick, with an inscribed circle of 0.5 inches. It carries a positive rake angle of 4 degrees, a relief angle of 3 degrees, and a honed cutting edge style. Installation Notes

Installation is performed by a qualified machinist or CNC tooling technician. The machine spindle must be fully stopped and the machine placed in a locked-out, de-energized state before seating or replacing inserts. Use the appropriate torx or hex key to secure the clamping screw to the toolholder specification — do not overtighten, as this can fracture the carbide insert. Inspect the insert pocket and seating surface for debris before installing a fresh insert to ensure proper seating and runout.
