The KENNAMETAL 4151795 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit designed for precision hole-making in demanding industrial and machining applications. The drill features a 140-degree point angle for self-centering entry and reduced thrust, a multilayer TiAlN coating for heat resistance and extended tool life, and a right-hand, regular spiral flute geometry. At 2.10 mm in diameter with an overall length of 58.00 mm (2.2835 inches) and a flute length of 18.00 mm (0.7087 inches), this bit is sized for tight-tolerance work. It meets DIN 6537K specification and is suited for machinists, tool-and-die shops, and CNC operators requiring consistent performance on small-diameter bores.
This drill bit is intended for use on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, and other non-ferrous materials. The 5xD flute-to-diameter ratio and tapered web configuration make it well-suited for production drilling in both manual and CNC machining environments. The straight cylindrical shank with a 4 mm (0.1719 inch) shank diameter accepts standard drill chucks and collet systems. Maximum recommended drilling depth is 14.00 mm (0.5512 inches). It is sold as a single unit and is appropriate for precision part production, mold work, and component fabrication where hole diameter tolerance is critical.

Installation and tool changes should be performed by a qualified machinist with the machine in a powered-down and locked-out state per applicable machine safety procedures. Verify chuck or collet concentricity before running to avoid premature edge wear on small-diameter carbide tooling. Carbide drills are brittle and should not be used in setups with excessive runout or side load. Follow the machine manufacturer and tooling supplier guidelines for feed rate and spindle speed appropriate to the workpiece material.
