The KENNAMETAL 4151640 is a screw machine length (stub length) drill bit designed for precision small-hole drilling in metal and hard materials. Built from solid carbide and finished with a TiAlN multilayer coating at the tip, it delivers extended tool life compared to high-speed steel alternatives. The 140-degree split point reduces walking and thrust force on entry. At 58.00 mm overall length with a 4.00 mm straight-cylindrical shank, this bit is sized for use in CNC machining centers, drill presses, and screw machines where compact tool projection and rigidity are required. It carries a 2-flute right-hand spiral and a maximum drilling depth of 6.00 mm.
