The KENNAMETAL 4150237 is a solid carbide screw machine length (stub) drill bit designed for high-precision drilling in demanding production environments. Built to DIN 6537K standards, it features a 17/64 inch (0.2656 inch decimal) diameter with a 140-degree split point and a multilayer TiAlN coating applied at the tip to extend tool life and reduce heat buildup. The overall length is 3.1102 inches (79.00 mm), making it well-suited for short, rigid setups on CNC machining centers and screw machines. Installation and setup are performed by machinists and tooling technicians in metal-cutting production shops.

This stub-length drill bit is used in applications requiring tight tolerances and controlled drilling depth.
