The drill features a 13.50 mm cutting diameter, a 140-degree point angle for self-centering entry, and a multilayer TiAlN coating that extends tool life under elevated cutting temperatures. Overall length is 124.00 mm with a 77.00 mm flute length, delivering a 5xD flute-to-diameter ratio suited to deeper drilling cycles. Two right-hand spiral flutes provide efficient chip evacuation. Coolant-through capability allows internal delivery of cutting fluid directly to the cutting edge, supporting higher feed rates and longer tool life in production environments. This drill is installed and operated by machinists and tool-room professionals in CNC and manual drilling applications.
The 4149332 is intended for use in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, and other non-ferrous workpiece materials. Its straight cylindrical shank with a 14 mm shank diameter seats in standard drill chucks or collet holders. The 5xD flute ratio supports drilling to a maximum depth of 60.00 mm. This drill conforms to DIN 6537K geometry, making it a direct fit for shops working to DIN-standard tooling programs.
