This combination delivers thermal resistance and edge stability during interrupted and continuous cuts. The 80-degree diamond shape provides a strong cutting geometry, while the MP chip breaker controls chip flow across a range of depths and feeds. The insert carries a negative rake angle of 6 degrees and a chamfered and honed cutting edge style for consistent performance.
