The KENNAMETAL 3658850 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for material removal in non-ferrous metal applications. It features a 3/4 inch cutting diameter, a 0.03 inch corner radius, and three right-hand spiral flutes with a coarse pitch. The 2.25 inch length of cut and 5 inch overall length make it suited for standard-depth milling operations. The bright/uncoated submicron carbide construction provides edge integrity in aluminum, copper, brass, and similar N-code workpiece materials. This is a single-end, centercutting tool, meaning it can plunge as well as profile.

This end mill is intended for roughing operations on non-ferrous metals in CNC machining centers and manual mills. It is compatible with hydraulic toolholding systems including HC 1/2 through HC 1 1/4 hydraulic sleeves with inch bores, HC 20M through HC 32M hydraulic sleeves metric with inch bores, and HC-HSK Form A holders. The straight-cylindrical 3/4 inch shank fits standard collet chucks and hydraulic chucks designed for that bore size.
