The KENNAMETAL 3381195 is a carbide replaceable tip drill in the KSEM series, designed for high-performance hole-making in demanding production environments. The drill accepts an KSEM0969HPL insert tip with an HPL geometry and is coated with AlTiN via a PVD process, delivering heat resistance and extended tool life at elevated cutting speeds. The cutting diameter is 31/32 inch (0.9689 decimal inch / 24.61 mm), with a 140-degree included point angle and a helical, regular-spiral flute form. The insert is held by a clamp mechanism and seats in an Insert Seat Size 5 pocket. This tool is installed and used by machinists and CNC tooling technicians in metal-cutting operations.

The KSEM series replaceable tip drill is suited for drilling in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, and titanium, covering ISO material groups P, M, K, N, and S.
