Measuring 3.20 mm (0.1260 inches) in diameter with a 140-degree point angle, this drill delivers aggressive cutting entry and reduced thrust in hard and abrasive workpiece materials. The TiAlN coating provides heat resistance and extended tool life at elevated cutting speeds. A web-thinned, standard point geometry improves chip evacuation and centering accuracy. Installation and use should be performed by qualified machinists familiar with speeds, feeds, and toolholding requirements for solid carbide cutting tools. Solid carbide tooling is brittle and should not be used in setups with excessive runout or unsupported overhang.
