Manufactured to grade KCPK30, it features a CVD-applied multilayer coating of TiN, TiCN, and Al2O3 for thermal resistance and wear protection across a broad range of cutting operations. The round insert geometry provides a 360-degree included angle with 4 available cutting edges, a positive rake angle of 25 degrees, and a 7-degree relief angle. At 1 inch inscribed circle diameter and 0.3748 inches thick, this insert is sized for medium-to-heavy milling applications.
