The KENNAMETAL 1914364 is a solid carbide grooving insert designed for precision external grooving operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. Carrying the manufacturer grade KC5025 with a PVD-applied TiAlN coating, this insert delivers wear resistance and thermal stability in demanding cutting environments. It features a 6.35 mm cutting width and a 6.35 mm maximum depth of cut, with a neutral rake geometry and right-hand orientation. The NG4250K designation places it in the Top Notch series, a widely used platform among machinists running high-production turning applications.
