The KENNAMETAL 1849051 is a carbide profiling and turning insert in the DPGR431 geometry, manufactured to ISO code DCGR150404. The insert features a 1/2-inch inscribed circle, a 3/16-inch thickness, and a 0.40 mm (0.0156-inch) corner radius. The parallelogram-shaped body provides a positive rake angle of 5 degrees and an 8-degree relief angle, delivering controlled chip formation across a wide range of workpiece materials.
