The KENNAMETAL 1616110 is a replaceable-tip drill body from the KSEM series, designed for high-production hole-making in metal cutting applications. It accepts KSEM1438 inserts at seat size 10, allowing tip changes without removing the body from the spindle. The drill covers a diameter range of 36.53 to 37.51 mm (1.4382 to 1.4768 inches) and reaches a maximum drill depth of 111 mm (4.37 inches) at a 3xD depth-to-diameter ratio. Overall length is 285.75 mm (11.25 inches). Through-coolant delivery is standard, supporting extended tool life and chip evacuation in deep-hole operations.
