Kennametal 1616107 is a replaceable-tip drill body for indexable, through-coolant drilling with a diameter range of 36.12 to 37.12 mm and a maximum drilling depth of 111 mm. The KSEM-series body accepts KSEM1422 inserts with seat size 10 and secures the insert using a central locking screw. The tool features a 38.1 mm Weldon flat shank, overall length 285.75 mm, and internal coolant delivery to the cutting zone for chip evacuation.
