The KENNAMETAL 1560600 is a solid carbide turning insert with ANSI designation CCGT21505HP and ISO designation CCGT060202, coated with TiB2 via PVD process under the KC5410 grade. It features an 80-degree diamond (rhombic) shape, a positive rake angle of 15 degrees, and a 7-degree relief angle with positive side clearance. The 0.0079-inch corner radius and honed cutting edge make it well-suited for finishing operations on aluminum and non-ferrous metals. It is a neutral-hand, screw-on style insert with a 0.25-inch inscribed circle and delivers high wear resistance on non-ferrous workpiece materials.

This insert is designed for turning, facing, and boring applications in aluminum and non-ferrous metal workpieces where a clean, consistent finish is required.
