The KENNAMETAL 1505196 is a replaceable-tip drill body designed for high-productivity hole-making in metalworking and machining operations. Built around the KSEM insert platform, the body accepts KSEM1250 inserts at insert seat size 8, allowing quick tip changes without removing the body from the spindle. The drill covers a diameter range of 31.75 to 32 mm (1.25 to 1.2598 inches) and reaches a maximum drill depth of 160 mm (6.30 inches) at a 5xD depth-to-diameter ratio. Through-coolant delivery is standard, with NPT-threaded coolant ports at both the body side and shank end to direct cutting fluid directly to the cutting zone. Installation Notes
