The KENNAMETAL 1096188 is a right-hand MTGN-style indexable turning toolholder built for negative-rake external turning operations. Part of the Kenloc series, it accepts TN..33. (TN.. 332) inserts secured by a clamp-and-screw holding method for rigid, repeatable positioning. The shank measures 0.75 inches wide by 0.75 inches tall with an overall length of 4.5 inches. A -5-degree rake angle suits interrupted cuts and harder workpiece materials where edge strength is critical. The toolholder body is machined from steel. Coolant-through capability is not included.
