Product Description

The JW HARRIS 5633 Safety-Silv 56 is a high-silver brazing alloy. This alloy contains fifty-six percent silver, twenty-two percent copper, seventeen percent zinc, and five percent tin. It is designed for making strong brazes. The alloy flows smoothly, which helps with capillary action and deep penetration in joints. The solidus temperature is one thousand one hundred forty-five degrees Fahrenheit, and the liquidus temperature is one thousand two hundred five degrees Fahrenheit. The fluidity rating of eight makes it suitable for stainless steel and silverware applications.
