The JUSTRITE SAFETY GROUP 29022 is a door-mounted aerosol can shelf attachment designed for Utili-Guard Plus flammable storage cabinets. It mounts directly to the inside of a cabinet door using pre-installed door brackets, requiring no tools for installation. The shelf holds up to five aerosol cans, each up to 2.8 inches in diameter, keeping them organized and accessible without consuming interior shelf space. Constructed from 18-gauge steel, the unit measures 3.5 inches high by 17.8125 inches wide by 3.8125 inches deep and weighs 2.2 pounds. Flammable cabinet safety professionals and facilities maintenance technicians are the primary installers of this accessory.
This attachment is designed exclusively for use with Utili-Guard Plus flammable cabinets. Standard flammable cabinet models do not have the interior door clearance to accommodate door shelf attachments. The 29022 is fully interchangeable with other Utili-Guard Plus door attachments, including spray bottle, caulk tube, and tray variants, allowing technicians to build a customized organization system on both cabinet doors. For 30-gallon Utili-Guard Plus cabinets, a maximum of two attachments per door is permitted with a combined door load limit of 17 pounds. For 45-gallon and 90-gallon models, a maximum of four attachments per door is permitted with a combined door load limit of 35 pounds.
Designed exclusively for Utili-Guard Plus flammable storage cabinets. Compatible with 30-gallon, 45-gallon, and 90-gallon Utili-Guard Plus models. Not compatible with standard flammable cabinet models lacking pre-installed door bracket systems.
Installation is performed by qualified safety or facilities personnel familiar with flammable cabinet requirements. Ensure both door brackets are fully aligned and pressed down completely to engage the attachment before loading cans. When using the top attachment slot, keep stored items at least 1.5 inches below the top door edge. If safety cans are stored on interior shelves, orient funnels toward the side or rear to maintain clearance for door accessories when the door is opened or closed.
