The JERGENS 35321 is a male-threaded eye hole rod end designed for use in mechanical linkage, industrial machinery, and motion control assemblies. Built from Grade 4142 alloy steel with a black oxide finish, this rod end provides corrosion resistance and durability under load. The 3/4-10 external thread runs 5.05 inches in length, and the shank diameter measures 3/4 inches. The eye hole head allows for pivot-point connections using a pin or bolt through the 3/4-inch hole diameter. This part is installed by millwrights, maintenance technicians, and mechanical contractors working on actuator linkages, industrial equipment, and structural control rods.
This rod end is suited for industrial and commercial mechanical systems where a rigid, threaded male connection is needed at one end of a control rod or linkage assembly. The alloy steel construction handles high tensile loads in demanding environments. The black oxide finish provides mild corrosion resistance for indoor and light-duty outdoor applications. It is sold individually and is sized for standard inch-measurement mechanical assemblies.
Designed as a standard inch-measurement male threaded rod end for use in industrial linkage, actuator, and mechanical control rod assemblies requiring a 3/4-10 external thread interface.
Installation is performed by qualified millwrights or mechanical technicians. De-energize and lock out all mechanical and electrical systems before removing or installing linkage components. Thread engagement should be verified to meet applicable load requirements for the assembly. Inspect the mating rod or clevis threads for wear or damage before installation.
