The JB INDUSTRIES 22131 is a 2-valve brass manifold set designed for HVAC refrigerant service on R-22, R-134a, and R-404A systems. Built around a low-profile bar body with easy-grip metal handles, the manifold features 3-1/8-inch, Class 1 percent accuracy, 80mm illuminating gauges for clear readability in low-light job conditions. The free-floating o-ring system helps maintain a reliable seal during service, and the swiveling hose holder fittings are fully replaceable, extending the working life of the manifold. Included CCLE-60 Enviro-Safe charging hoses are 60 inches in length. HVAC technicians performing refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and charging will find this a capable field manifold.
The 22131 is suited for residential and light commercial HVAC service work involving R-22, R-134a, or R-404A refrigerants. Its compact bar design makes it practical for tight equipment room access and rooftop work. The illuminating gauge faces are useful when working inside air handlers, mechanical rooms, or low-light outdoor installations. The included 60-inch CCLE hoses provide adequate reach for most split-system and packaged-unit service scenarios. This manifold is intended for use by licensed HVAC technicians performing regulated refrigerant handling under EPA Section 608 requirements.
Compatible with R-22, R-134a, and R-404A refrigerant systems. Designed for standard manifold gauge service procedures on equipment using these refrigerants.
Installation and use should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician holding a valid EPA Section 608 certification for refrigerant handling. Before connecting the manifold, ensure the system is properly identified by refrigerant type to avoid cross-contamination. Verify all hose connections are hand-tight and leak-free before opening manifold valves. Follow local codes and refrigerant handling regulations when recovering, evacuating, or charging the system.
