The JACKSON SAFETY 20825 Blockhead II Advantage is a full brim, vented hard hat molded from high-density polyethylene (HDPE). It is designed for general-purpose head protection on job sites where workers face impact hazards, sun exposure, and heat buildup. The contoured dome with a distinctive ridgeline keeps weight low while maintaining structural integrity. A wrap-around brim shields the face, neck, and ears from sun and rain. Vent holes allow airflow to reduce heat accumulation during work in direct sunlight or high-temperature environments. A 4-point easy-dial ratcheting suspension system adjusts to fit head sizes 6-1/2 to 8. This hard hat meets ANSI Z89.1, Type 1, Class C certification requirements.
The 20825 is suited for general construction, utilities, landscaping, and industrial worksites where overhead impact protection and environmental comfort are both priorities. The lightweight HDPE shell makes it practical for extended wear throughout a full shift. The vented design is especially useful on outdoor sites in warm or sunny climates where heat stress is a concern. The full brim configuration offers all-around coverage, making it a common choice for workers exposed to the elements from multiple directions throughout the workday.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or standard-issue hard hat for general industrial and construction head protection applications requiring ANSI Z89.1 Type 1 Class C compliance.
Hard hats should be inspected before each use for cracks, dents, or suspension damage and replaced if any defects are found. The ratcheting suspension should be adjusted to achieve a secure, snug fit before the hat is worn on site. Do not modify the shell or suspension system, and do not store hard hats in direct sunlight for extended periods, as UV exposure can degrade HDPE over time. Follow the manufacturer service life guidelines and applicable site safety programs when placing hard hats into service.
