The 4-point pinlock sizing system adjusts to fit head sizes from 6.5 inches to 8.25 inches, making it suitable for a broad range of workers. Installation and fitting require no tools and are handled directly by the end user or safety supervisor on site.

This bump cap is intended for light industrial, warehouse, and utility environments where overhead hazards are limited to minor contact rather than falling objects or electrical exposure. It is not rated as a Class E, G, or C hard hat and should not be substituted in applications that require ANSI Z89.1 full hard hat compliance.
