The JACKSON SAFETY 14416 Sentry III is a front brim hard hat constructed from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) for a combination of impact resistance and low overall weight. It features a 6-point ratchet suspension system that adjusts to fit head sizes from 6.5 inches to 8 inches, providing stability and balance across a range of wearers. An integrated absorbent brow pad adds comfort during extended wear. The low-profile, silhouette-style design keeps the cap lightweight without sacrificing structural performance. This hard hat is intended for general industry and construction environments where head protection is required by site safety programs.
The 14416 is suited for residential and commercial construction, utility work, and industrial job sites where workers face risks from falling objects and sun exposure. The full visor brim provides overhead shade and shields against falling debris. A low-riding nape strap contributes to impact absorption at the rear of the head. Universal accessory slots allow attachment of compatible face shields, earmuffs, and other head protection accessories, making this hard hat adaptable to a range of task-specific hazard profiles.
Features universal accessory slots designed to accept a range of compatible hard hat accessories including face shields and earmuff attachments. Sold in a case quantity of 12 units.
Hard hat fit adjustment should be performed before each use by a qualified safety officer or the end user per applicable site safety protocols. Inspect the shell and suspension for cracks, dents, or UV degradation before each use and replace if damage is found. Do not modify, paint, or apply adhesive labels over the shell in ways not authorized by the manufacturer, as this may compromise impact performance. Replacement follows OSHA 29 CFR 1926.100 and applicable ANSI Z89.1 guidelines.
