The J.W. WINCO 6NA11/E is a metric adjustable clamping handle designed for secure, tool-free fastening in industrial and mechanical assemblies. It features a threaded insert hub with an M6x1 thread, accepting a fastener or stud through a tapped hole with an 11 mm thread engagement depth. The steel handle arm is finished in black oxide for corrosion resistance, while the body components are plastic. With a handle arm length of 59 mm and an overall length of 69.5 mm, this handle provides solid grip leverage in tight quarters. The ball-end arm pivots at a 20-degree angle relative to the hub centerline, allowing repositioning to clear obstructions during tightening. Licensed mechanics, machine builders, and industrial maintenance technicians are the primary installers.
This clamping handle is suited for use on fixtures, jigs, machine guards, enclosures, and equipment panels where repeated hand adjustment is required. The M6x1 threaded insert mount makes it a direct fit in metric-tapped assemblies common in light industrial machinery, automation equipment, and fabrication tooling. The compact hub diameter of 13.5 mm and body diameter of 21 mm allow use in space-constrained mounting locations. It is appropriate for both bench-level assembly work and field maintenance applications where tool-free access adjustments are frequent.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or upgrade handle for metric M6x1 threaded assemblies in industrial fixtures, machine guards, and equipment panels.
Installation is performed by threading the hub insert onto an M6x1 stud or into a tapped hole by hand. Ensure the mating thread is clean and undamaged before engagement to prevent cross-threading. No special tools are required for standard installation, though a wrench applied to the hub flats may be used for final torque if the application demands it. Disengage any moving machine components and isolate energy sources before installing or adjusting clamping handles on live equipment.
