Ives FS1154 US10B is a brass plunger-type door holder with an oil-rubbed bronze finish. The unit uses a plated-steel plunger and internal parts to provide a 1-1/4" throw for a range of door types, activating with minimal pressure and releasing with a light tap on the platform lever. It includes a round non-marring rubber shoe secured in a screw-in flanged cup and is packed with fasteners for wood applications.
