Ives 7253 BTM US26D is a cast brass bottom pivot hinge with a satin chrome (US26D) finish for center-hung commercial doors. It provides a 1-1/2 in pivot mounting, 180° swing range, and supports up to 300 lb. The component includes fasteners and a hinge pin, offers 3/16 in to 3/4 in floor-to-door clearance with 3/16 in vertical adjustment, and is non-handed. It meets ANSI/BHMA A156.4 and is UL listed for 20-minute fire doors.
