The ISCAR 6011407 is a single-end carbide cutoff and parting insert designed for use in Tang-Grip toolholding systems. It carries the TAGL3J6D geometry designation and is manufactured in the IC808 submicron carbide grade with a PVD coating for extended wear resistance in interrupted and continuous parting operations. The insert features a 3.00 mm cutting width (0.1180 inches), a 6-degree left-hand lead angle, a 7-degree relief angle, and a 0.20 mm corner radius. A clamp-style holding method keeps the insert positively seated under cutting loads.
