The ISCAR 6003684 is a solid carbide cutoff and grooving insert from the Do-Grip series, designed for parting and grooving operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. The insert carries the DGN3102JT geometry with an IC808 PVD-coated grade, delivering a 3.1 mm (0.122 inch) cutting width and a maximum depth of cut of 18.00 mm (0.7087 inch). The JT chipbreaker controls chip flow during grooving, and the double-ended design extends usable tool life. A 7-degree relief angle and 0.20 mm corner radius are built into the insert profile. Suitable for universal workpiece materials across ISO material groups H, K, M, P, and S.
