The ISCAR 6003026 is a solid carbide cutoff and parting insert designed for precision grooving and parting operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. It carries the DGL insert style with a 2.2 mm cutting width and is manufactured in ISCAR grade IC908 with a PVD coating for extended wear resistance at elevated cutting speeds. The insert features a left-hand lead angle of 6 degrees and a corner radius of 0.20 mm, giving it a controlled chip formation profile suited for tight tolerance work. It is a double-ended insert, making it suitable for two indexed cutting edges per unit. Licensed machinists and CNC operators install this insert in compatible Do-Grip toolholders.
