The ISCAR 5668527 is a chamfer replaceable milling tip from the Multimaster MM HCD series, designed for modular milling tool systems used in precision metal-removal operations. Built from sub-micrograin carbide in manufacturer grade IC908, it features a TiAlN coating applied via PVD process for extended tool life and heat resistance in demanding cuts. The tip has a 10 mm cutting diameter, a 45-degree chamfer angle, an included angle of 140 degrees, and a 2-flute right-hand configuration. Maximum depth of cut is 4.5 mm. Licensed machinists and CNC operators install this tip into compatible Multimaster holders for high-performance chamfering on ferrous and non-ferrous workpieces.

This milling tip is suited for chamfering operations on a wide range of primary workpiece materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials.
