The ISCAR 5623113 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding metalworking applications. It features a 3/8 inch cutting diameter, a 0.01 inch corner radius, and four right-hand helical flutes with a medium helix angle of 38 degrees. The tool carries an AlTiN (PVD) coating, which extends tool life when cutting ferrous and difficult-to-machine materials. At 3 inches overall length with a 3/4 inch length of cut, this single-end mill fits standard toolholders with a 3/8 inch straight-cylindrical shank held to h6 tolerance. It is rated for both roughing and finishing passes and belongs to ISCAR's ECI-E-4R series.

This end mill is suited for machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials. Installation Notes
