The ISCAR 5622186 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling of non-ferrous metals. It features a 1/2-inch diameter cutting head with a 0.008-inch corner radius, a 1-inch length of cut, and a 3-flute helical geometry that supports both roughing and finishing operations in a single tool. The uncoated fine-grain carbide construction provides sharp edge retention on aluminum, brass, copper, and similar materials. At 3.5 inches overall length with a 1/2-inch straight cylindrical shank, this end mill fits standard toolholders and suits CNC machining centers where tight tolerances and surface finish quality are required.

This end mill is suited for production and job-shop environments running non-ferrous workpieces on vertical or horizontal machining centers. The corner radius geometry reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge, extending tool life on high-speed passes.
