The ISCAR 5621623 is a carbide end replaceable milling tip designed for the Multimaster MM EC-6 system. It features six flutes, a 45-degree helix angle, and a 90-degree lead angle, making it suited for high-productivity milling operations. Manufactured from sub-micrograin carbide with an IC908 grade and a PVD-applied TiAlN coating, it delivers wear resistance across a wide range of workpiece materials. The 0.375 inch cutting width and 0.275 inch maximum depth of cut are well matched to finishing and semi-finishing passes. Licensed ISCAR tooling specialists and CNC machinists are the typical installers of this tip type.

This milling tip is intended for use in the ISCAR Multimaster MM EC-6 interchangeable-head milling platform. It is configured for right-hand cutting and accepts no chipbreaker. Compatible workpiece materials include steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metal, superalloys and titanium, and hard materials, covering ISO material codes P, M, K, N, S, and H. It does not support through-coolant delivery. The tip conforms to ANSI standards and is sold individually with a minimum order quantity of 2 units.
