The ISCAR 5606930 is a round, double-sided solid carbide milling insert designed for use in HELIDO H400 series milling cutters. Manufactured to ANSI and ISO 13399 standards under the IC808 grade with a submicron carbide substrate, this insert features a multilayer Sumotec PVD coating combining TiAlN, AlTiN, and TiN layers for extended wear resistance at elevated cutting temperatures. The insert carries a negative rake angle of 11 degrees, a neutral hand orientation, and four usable cutting edges. It measures 0.185 inches thick with an inscribed circle diameter of 0.362 inches and a cutting edge effective length of 0.630 inches. The AX chip breaker geometry supports aggressive stock removal across a broad range of workpiece materials.

This insert is suited for milling operations on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials, corresponding to ISO material groups P, M, K, S, and H.
